Swiss-born Barbara Williams has been working in the health field in Sarasota-Bradenton for over 15 years.  A graduate of the Florida Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Florida College of Natural Health, she is nationally certified in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbolology, Massage Therapy and Fitness Training.

Barbara comes from a family that's been involved in the wellness field for many years.  Her father runs a 3 year Massage School Program in Lugano, Switzerland where her sister also got certified.  And her mother is a Licensed Acupuncture Physician as well as a Massage Therapist here in Florida!

Over the years she has been able to work in different settings ranging from Doctor's and Chiropractor's offices to Spas, where she has learned different skills to help patients with issues such as chronic pain, sports injuries, stress, and much more.  She is currently employed at the Sarasota Ritz-Carlton Spa.

After having had the life-changing experience of childbirth, and having herself felt the amazing benefits of acupuncture during pre-conception, pregnancy, labor and postpartum she decided to further her studies in the maternity field where she's happy to help other women experience the healthiest journey into motherhood possible.
